Pacific Paradise Orchids ships potted orchid plants to the continental United States (except for Arizona) via Federal Express 2nd Day.

** Note: It may take up to 3 days for orders to arrive on the East Coast.

Damaged Merchandise:
Please contact Federal Express if there any damages caused by shipping and file a claim for damage.

Refunds:
We apologize but we do not refund customers for shipping and handling charges.
